The best business question might be the one nobody typed
We have spent years teaching people how to ask better questions of software. I think the bigger opportunity is the other way round. What if the company could tell us what deserves attention before somebody had to think of the perfect question?
Most questions arrive late
A customer starts using a product less. Support contact rises. An invoice is late. A renewal is getting closer. Each system sees one piece, but nobody has put the whole picture together yet.
By the time somebody notices, the obvious question is usually already behind the real problem. That is why I am far more interested in a company that can create useful questions from change than another chat box waiting for prompts.
The company already contains the clues
The useful clue may sit across sales, finance, support, product use and operations. None of those systems is wrong. They are simply looking at different parts of the same business.
KynticAI brings those parts together so a change can become a question worth investigating. The important bit is not making more alerts. It is finding the few questions that could change what the business does next.
A question should lead somewhere
A clever question is not enough on its own. The business still needs the facts, the choices it can really take, the likely value and risk, and a clear route to action.
That is where the idea becomes useful. The question is the start of a decision, not the end of a demo.
The best question in your company next month may be sitting quietly across five systems today. Somebody should not have to spot it by accident.
